* Credit card payments are an additional 2.75 % if card is swiped or chip is read and additional 3.5 % plus 0.30 cents if card number is keyed in manually.

After School Program Payment Policy

We require a non refundable deposit that goes towards the first months fees. That deposit is for the first 2 weeks of attendance. Payment for the entire month is due by the 15th of each month. There will be a $25.00 late fee for monthly payments received after the 15th. If your payment has not been received by the 19th of the month, your child will not be picked up from school and will not be allowed to attend Johnny B’s Day Camp until the monthly payment and late fee have been paid in full. If your payment has not been received after 30 business days and we have not heard from you, your credit may be effected.

Vacation Day Camp Program Payment Policy
Payment for the first week of attendance is due prior to their start date. If your child is attending only select weeks of our vacation program then payment is due on or before the Monday of attendance. If your child is attending our vacation program for the entire month or the entire vacation break then payment is due on the 15th of every month. There will be a $25.00 late fee for monthly payments received after the 15th.

Payments FAQ

Q) Why is the monthly bill different every month ?
A) We charge for the days of service that we are open based on our weekly rate. If we are not open then you are not charged for that day. Some months have more or less days of service, additional half days, school holidays and field trips that affect the monthly bill. When we charge based on our days of operation we are able to offer our customers the best annual price based on their needs.

Q) I only need my child to attend Thursday and Friday for one week and then Monday Tuesday and Wednesday the following week. Is my amount owed $95 for those 2 weeks?
A) No, our program only offers full time care due to the high demand for our services. We define full time care as Monday through Friday.

Q) Do I need to pay the monthly fee if my child is not in attendance ?
A) Yes, the monthly fee is due regardless of attendance in order to keep the space.

Q) If my child is not going to attend the vacation breaks, or school holidays do I have to pay for those days / weeks ?
A) No, we do not charge for non attendance on vacation breaks or school holidays.

Q) Is there a registration fee or renewal fee ?
A) No, we have never charged a registration fee or renewal fee. Your deposit goes towards the first month’s bill.
