Vacation Day Camp Program

Johnny B’s Inc. offers vacation day camp during summer vacation, spring break, Thanksgiving vacation and over the winter holiday. Our vacation day camp offers children the opportunity to explore San Diego through weekly field trips. Our vacation program is very active. We fill the day with fun activities including nature hikes, a wide variety of games and creative art projects.

Vacation Day Camp Hours of Operation

Our Vacation day camp program begins at 7:30 am at the Tierrasanta Seventh Day Adventist Church. You can drop your child off between the hours of 7:30 am and 9:30 am. After 9:30 am you may not drop off unless pre-approved by the Director. At 9:30 am we transition to our scheduled activities or field trip. We arrive back at the Tierrasanta Park and Rec Center or the Adventist Church at 3:30 pm or sooner based on scheduled events and field trips.

Johnny B’s closes at 6:00 pm. If your child has not been picked up by 6:00 pm a late fee of $5.00 (cash) for every 10 minutes is due and payable to the staff member at the time your child is picked up. If you are consistently late picking your child up from Johnny B’s your child may lose the space in our program.

Vacation Day Camp Program Payment Policy

Payment is required to secure your child’s space. Each week is listed on our website and available to sign up for. Once a week fills up, that week will be taken off the website.  We have a limited number of spaces available and it is first come, first served. Refunds or changes are not available. Part-time attendance and drop-in days are not available.
